“I’m a mobile personal trainer in South West London, primarily; Wandsworth, Wimbledon and Putney. I have plenty of equipment and I’m open to travel to other nearby areas too. I also work out of a studio in Wandsworth if that environment is preferable.
As an experienced personal trainer I’m dedicated to helping my clients to reach their fitness and health objectives. In my time as a trainer, I’ve worked with clients on a range of aspects, including Strength + Muscle Building, Posture, Injury Rehabilitation, Pre + Post Natal, Biomechanics and Fat Loss.
– Our first step is to have a phone call and discuss all the relevant areas of your goals: exercise, diet, sleep etc. We’ll also discuss days + times that work for us both.
– We will then tackle how you’d best like to track your progress.
– Once we’ve covered those aspects we can book our first session. This will mostly be an assessment of your current physical condition, which will allow me to create a plan for future sessions. I’ll also construct a plan for your exercise outside of our sessions.
– From that point I’d like to be in contact with you frequently to help manage your progress week by week.
Exercise and overall lifestyle are such an important part of managing your Parkinson’s. You are an individual and your Parkinson’s is unique to you. Together we’ll create and evolve a programme that gives you maximum benefit.”

Personal Training for People with Parkinson’s in Wimbledon
Personal Training can be an incredibly effective tool to help you manage your Parkinson’s and live well with the condition. There is now extensive evidence showing us that the right exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programmes can reduce symptoms, slow progression and make you feel better. Understanding and implementing the right programmes can be extremely difficult. Regular appointments with a properly qualified Parkinson’s Specialist Personal Trainer in Wimbledon offer the most effective way to reap the benefits that are available. Your Personal Trainer should have a Parkinson’s specific qualification, relevant experience, full insurance, as well as knowledge of how to work with a multi-disciplinary team (MDT). All members of the National Register of Parkinson’s Specialist Personal Trainers satisfy these conditions.
The National Register of Parkinson’s Specialist Personal Trainers
Until recently it has been extremely difficult for people living with Parkinson’s to find a properly qualified personal trainer. The National Register of Parkinson’s Specialist Personal Trainers (NRPSPT) has been created to solve this problem. Set up and run by 4D Life in partnership with Parkinson’s UK, the register recruits, trains and monitors personal trainers to work locally with people with Parkinson’s. We work with CIMSPA to help us ensure all members of the register are Level 3 or 4 qualified Personal Trainers, fully insured, and have completed a Parkinson’s specific training programme prior to inclusion on the register. Marcus Bell is an NRPSPT member in Wimbledon.
