Experienced Personal Trainer and 4D Performance Coach

James is a highly experienced personal trainer who has competed at national level in both Rowing and Basketball! He has a degree in Sport and Physical Education as well as a PGCE, a YMCA Gym Instructor Award, Fitness Testing Certification and has studied Aikido for several years. Before joining the 4D Team he worked in some of the leading health clubs in the country, including locally in Stratford, and also in The Harbour Club in London. With over 15 years experience in competitive sport and the fitness industry, James is one of the most experienced trainers in Stratford and the surrounding areas.

James uses the 4D Health and 4D Performance Training systems to help him achieve long term results with his clients. His interest in teaching his clients to help them make changes to their lifestyle and nutrition are reflected in the excellent results he has achieved to date. Having worked in several different environments as a trainer, and been a manager in health clubs for several years, he is very comfortable working with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds and builds strong relationships with clients easily.

It is very unusual to reach such a high standard of competition in more than one sport, and James has achieved this through a dedication to training and an understanding of the human body that puts him at the very top of the personal training industry. Together with the knowledge he has gained completing the 4D Health and 4D Performance training programmes, these achievements give us no hesitations at all in recommending him to anybody looking to improve their health, fitness and performance in a modern world.

James is based in Fulham and offers personal training in South West London.
