The human body was simply not designed to sit for long periods of time, or eat food that’s little more than artificial, or breath air that has less than around 21% oxygen and lots of combustion particulates, or have so little movement stimulation… the list goes on and on.

It would be unfair to expect lawyers, full-time parents, business owners, people managers – whatever you’re chosen specialism is – to also be experts in scientific exercise techniques, postural correction, human nutrition or healthy lifestyle combinations! These are our chosen field’s of expertise. It makes a lot of sense to hire us and let us take care of these factors for you – or more accurately I should say let us work with you to achieve your goals in these areas. Because in the end you have to do the work, you have to apply the self discipline, but we will guide you, teach you and give you the programmes that enable your success.
